Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:
Please check the delivered products with the presence of the delivery team/ person and if you find any problem, dissimilarity with the web information vs physical product (except product color slightly different) or damage in the delivered product, notify the team/ person about it. Then the purchased product will be exchanged accordingly. If we do not have the product available in our stock, we will refund you. For the refund process, Air Care will take a minimum of seven (7) working days to complete the refund process.
Return and New Purchase:
If you have a change of mind and want to buy another product instead of the product you have ordered. Air Care will not refund or exchange the product in this case.
